  3. Common symptoms of TMJ disorders can include:
    1. Pain in the jaw, face or ear
    2. Difficulty opening or closing the mouth
    3. Clicking or popping noises in the jaw
    4. Headaches
    5. Neck pain
  4. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment approach to TMJ disorders, the best treatment for you will depend on the severity of your symptoms and the underlying cause of your disorder.
